1. **Website Information**

The Antech Sim website is managed by S.C. ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Str. Vasile Lascăr, no. 159B, Sector 2.  
Registration Number at the Bucharest Trade Register: J40/19442/21.11.2017, CUI 38511983  
Subscribed and paid share capital: 200 RON.  
The website only sells products within Romania.

2. **Acceptance of Conditions**

By using the Antech Sim website, logging in, and accessing the services provided, you accept the terms and conditions of confidentiality detailed below, along with all the consequences that come from accepting them.  
The user will have permanent access to the Terms and Conditions of the site, allowing them to review them at any time.  
If you do not agree with these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our website.  
Antech Sim reserves the right to update and/or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Therefore, we ask you to periodically review any changes.

3. **Copyright**

The information published on Antech Sim belongs to the website, and therefore, this information cannot be published, transmitted, or copied by any method without the prior written consent of the legal representative of ANTECH SIM SRL, which manages the website. Failure to comply with these conditions is punishable according to the applicable law. Any copyright violation can be reported to the following email address: administrator@Antech Sim.

4. **Contract Conclusion**

When placing an order on the Antech Sim website, the buyer/client agrees to the communication methods used by Antech Sim SRL (website administrator), namely by phone or email.  
The contract is concluded only upon the issuance of the fiscal invoice, not upon the placement of the order or the automatic confirmation of order receipt. The automatic confirmation of order receipt DOES NOT equate to contract conclusion between the seller and buyer.  
After placing the order, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order for justified reasons without prior notice, and the client will be refunded within 7 days. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify the quantity of products in the order depending on availability in stock.  
The offers and prices displayed on the Antech Sim website are valid for a maximum of 12 hours.  
Product delivery can take between a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 30 days after all order details (payment method, payment terms) have been validated. All information/methods used to describe goods on the site are not a contractual obligation of the Seller, as they are used exclusively for presentation purposes (delivery, stock, prices). Products are available while stocks last.  
Products purchased from the showroom following a reservation (online or by phone) or directly from the business location are not eligible for returns (as they can be inspected and functionality tested upon receipt).  
For orders exceeding 1500 RON, a down payment of at least 20% of the order value may be requested, to be paid by bank transfer.

5. **Limitation of Liability – Antech Sim**

The Antech Sim website, as well as any software used within it, is provided as-is and as-available, without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of terms.  
We do not assume liability for any modification, suspension, or interruption of the Antech Sim website, in whole or in part.

6. **Order Cancellation**

Antech Sim (managed by SC ANTECH SIM SRL) and its suppliers are not responsible for any typographical or display errors related to product prices, characteristics, or images.  
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to such errors, Antech Sim reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.  
Antech Sim SRL makes every effort to provide correct information about product prices and characteristics. However, some prices may be incorrect. If an order is placed with an incorrectly low price, Antech Sim SRL reserves the right to cancel the order.  
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order without any further obligations between the parties or for either party to claim damages, under the following circumstances (but not limited to):  
- The prices displayed on the Antech Sim website are the result of a material error;  
- The ordered product(s) are out of stock;  
- The transaction was not accepted by the buyer's card-issuing bank;  
- The data provided by the Client/Buyer is incomplete or incorrect.

7. **Warranties**

All products come with an invoice and warranty certificate (from the manufacturer or seller).  
Loss of the warranty certificate or invoice results in the loss of the warranty. Partial or total deletion of the product's serial number (S/N) will also void the warranty. No duplicates will be issued for the warranty certificate.  
The warranty can be of two types:  
a. Legal obligation of the seller (legal conformity warranty);  
b. Any additional commitment by the seller or manufacturer (commercial warranty) to the consumer, at no extra cost, for the refund of the purchase price, repair, or replacement of the purchased product if it does not meet the warranty terms. The legal conformity warranty is valid for 2 years from the product delivery date, according to Law 449/2003.  
For legal entities (which are not consumers), the warranty period is 12 months for long-term use products and between 0-12 months for others. The maximum compliance time for products is 30 days.

8. **Disputes**

Any disputes regarding contract execution will be resolved amicably between the seller and the consumer/client. Otherwise, the parties may refer the matter to the competent court at the seller's head office, namely the Bucharest Sector 2 Court.

9. **Data Protection**

According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, our site, managed by SC Antech Sim SRL, is obliged to manage your personal data safely and only for the specified purposes, such as invoicing ordered products.  
You are required to provide this data, as it is necessary to issue the invoice. Refusal will result in order cancellation.  
The recorded information is intended for operator use to deliver products and will only be communicated by you. According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access, intervene, oppose the processing of your personal data, and request the deletion of data.  
If any of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.  
To exercise these rights, you can submit a written, dated, and signed request to the Complaints Department at reclamatii@Antech Sim. You also have the right to appeal to the courts.
