1. Website Information

The Antech Sim website is operated by S.C. ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Str. Vasile Lascar, no.159B, Sector 2.

The website sells products exclusively within Romanian territory.

2. Acceptance of Conditions

By using the Antech Sim website, logging in, or accessing any offered services, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions detailed below, along with all consequences resulting from their acceptance.

Users will have permanent access to the Terms and Conditions for website usage to review them at any time. If you disagree with these conditions, please refrain from using our website.

Antech Sim reserves the right to update and/or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice; therefore, we advise periodically reviewing any changes.

3. Copyright

Information published on Antech Sim belongs exclusively to the website. Such information cannot be published, transmitted, or copied by any method without prior written consent from the legal representative of ANTECH SIM SRL, which administers the site. Non-compliance will be penalized according to applicable laws. Any copyright infringement can be reported to administrator@Antech Sim.

4. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order on the Antech Sim website, the buyer/client agrees with the communication methods used by Antech Sim SRL, specifically via telephone or email.

The contract is considered concluded only upon issuing the invoice, not at the moment of placing an order or receiving the automatic order confirmation. The automatic confirmation of receipt does NOT equate to a concluded contract between seller and buyer.

After placing an order, Antech Sim reserves the right to cancel the consumer/buyer’s order for justified reasons without prior notice, refunding the amounts received within 7 days. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify product quantities depending on stock availability.

Offers and prices displayed on the Antech Sim website are valid for up to 12 hours.

Product delivery may take a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation of all order details (payment method, payment terms). Product descriptions on the website do not represent a contractual obligation from the Seller and are solely for informational purposes regarding presentation, delivery, stock, and prices. Product availability is limited to stock.

Products purchased from the showroom following a reservation (online or by phone) or directly from the location cannot be returned (customers have the possibility to verify and test functionality upon reception). Reservation and collection of products from the showroom are not considered distance orders.

For orders exceeding 1500 lei, a minimum advance payment of 20% of the order value may be required via bank transfer.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Antech Sim website and any software used within it are provided "as is" and as available, without any explicit or implicit warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for the modification, suspension, or interruption of the Antech Sim website, whether fully or partially.

6. Order Cancellation

Antech Sim (managed by SC ANTECH SIM SRL) and its suppliers are not liable for typographical or display errors concerning product prices, features, or images.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to such errors, Antech Sim reserves the right to cancel the respective order without prior notification.

Antech Sim S.R.L. strives to provide accurate pricing and product details. However, certain prices may be erroneous. If an order is registered with an obviously incorrect price, Antech Sim S.R.L. has the right to cancel the buyer's order.

The seller reserves the right to cancel an order without further obligation or claim for damages in situations including but not limited to:

Material errors in pricing displayed on the Antech Sim website;
Ordered products no longer in stock;
Transaction rejected by the buyer’s issuing bank;
Incorrect or incomplete customer-provided data.

7. Warranty

All products come with an invoice and warranty certificate (manufacturer or seller). Losing the warranty certificate or invoice voids the warranty. Removal (partial or total) of product serial numbers voids the warranty. Duplicate warranty certificates are not issued.

Warranty types:

a. Seller’s legal obligation (legal warranty of conformity), and/or
b. Any seller or manufacturer commitment (commercial warranty) towards the consumer, without additional cost, to refund the purchase price, repair, or replace the product if it fails to meet declared warranty conditions or relevant advertising. The legal warranty period for conformity is 2 years from product delivery, per Law 449/2003.

For legal entities (not classified as consumers), the warranty period is 12 months for durable goods and between 0-12 months for other products. Product conformity period is maximum 30 days.

8. Disputes

Any disputes related to contract execution will be amicably resolved between seller and buyer/client. If unresolved, parties may appeal to the competent court at the merchant’s/seller’s headquarters (S.C. ANTECH SIM S.R.L.), namely Sector 2 Court, Bucharest.

9. Data Protection

According to Law no. 677/2001 regarding personal data protection and free movement of such data, modified and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 concerning personal data processing and privacy protection in electronic communications, our site managed by SC Antech Sim SRL securely administers personal data provided by you, a family member, or another person solely for specified purposes—billing ordered products.

Providing this data is mandatory for invoice generation. Refusal leads to order cancellation.

Registered information is exclusively for product delivery purposes and communicated only by you. Under Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access, rectify data, avoid automated decisions, and seek judicial recourse. You may oppose data processing or request data deletion. If your personal data is incorrect, inform us immediately. Exercise your rights via a written, dated, signed request sent to the Complaints Department at reclamatii@Antech Sim. You also have the right to seek legal redress. ANSPDCP registration number: 28896.

Delivery Terms

Delivery times displayed on the website are indicative and apply only to confirmed orders unless otherwise agreed with the client. Showroom pickups are reserved for a maximum of 3 days from order confirmation.

Product availability:

In stock: More than 3 items in stock.
Limited stock: Less than 3 items.
Supplier stock: Not in our warehouse but potentially available at supplier.
On order: Currently unavailable, checking supplier’s stock upon order.
Preorder: Unavailable, checking supplier’s restocking time upon order.
Out of stock: Product unavailable.
Inquire: Stock manually verified.
Temporarily unavailable: Currently unable to source from the supplier.

Return Policy

According to Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without having to provide any justification.

Please note: This right applies exclusively to individual consumers. Purchases made by legal entities (companies) do not benefit from the legal right of return. However, Antech Sim may, exceptionally, agree to exchange products or issue vouchers on a case-by-case basis.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered: unused, undamaged, and accompanied by all original packaging and labels intact. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the returned items have been received and verified by Antech Sim. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or back to the original payment method (credit/debit card).
