Purchasing Products from Our Store

You can purchase products from our store online, by phone, through WhatsApp, or via email.

Online Orders

To order a product online, you can locate it by using the top menu, which contains product categories, the left-side menu with all categories and subcategories, or the search bar. Once you click on the product, it will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

After adding all desired products to the cart, continue the checkout process by clicking the button to proceed to the order page. In the order page, you will need to complete the following:

- Delivery Method (Fast courier delivery - 20 lei for orders under 399.00 lei; free delivery for orders over 399.01 lei)
- Delivery at Easybox ( 15 Lei for orders under 399.00 lei) 
- Free Pickup from our store based in Bucharest, Vasile Lascar street, no.159B
- Order Details: Full name, complete address (street, number, staircase, building, floor, apartment, intercom if applicable, county, city)
- Payment Method: Choose how you want to pay (Cash on delivery, Card, or Bank transfer)

With your username and password, you can log in to view order history, check the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact information.

Call us at 0753.53.25.03, and a sales agent will take your order.

WhatsApp Orders

Send a message via WhatsApp to 0753.53.25.03, and a sales agent will take your order.

Email Orders

You can send your order via email to [email protected], specifying:

- Order Details: Full name, complete address (street, number, staircase, building, floor, apartment, intercom if applicable, county, city)
- Your email address
- The desired products: Product name, Product code, or product link

There is no minimum order value.
