Payment Methods

HOW TO PAY?

1. Cash (upon delivery)
   You pay for the products at the time of pickup at our location or directly to our courier (for products delivered within Bucharest). Cash is the only accepted payment method for products delivered in Bucharest (card payments are not accepted).

2. Cash on Delivery
   Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery, including the shipping fees as stated on the invoice.

3. Card Payment
   Online payment by bank card via EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).
   If you choose "Online by bank card" as the payment method, you will need to complete a form with your card details on the secure page of the payment processor.

   • Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are processed through the "3-D Secure" system, providing the same level of security for online transactions as for ATM or in-person payments.
   • "3-D Secure" ensures that no card information is transferred or stored at any time on the store’s or payment processor’s servers, as these details are directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.

   Important to know! – No fee is charged for bank card payments.

4. Bank Transfer
   A proforma invoice will be generated and sent to the customer via email by an Antech Sim representative. The bank account details are listed on the proforma invoice based on the customer’s request. Products will be shipped to the customer or can be picked up from the location once the funds are verified in Antech Sim's bank account.

5. "Buy now, pay later" through tbi bank
   Together with tbi bank, we have implemented a 100% online installment payment system that can be accessed directly on our website, with no trips to the bank and no credit card needed.

   Steps:

   • Select "Online installments, without a shopping card" as your payment method and complete/place your order.
   • You will be redirected to the tbi bank page – please wait a few moments for the transfer to process.
   • You will have the option to choose the desired number of installments and monthly amount.
   • Complete identity verification remotely with your original ID card.
   • Sign the documents electronically using a code received by SMS. You must have a legal source of income.
   • Upon approval, we will ship your order.
