Return products
You can request the return of products in the following cases:
The delivered product does not correspond to the specifications on the website.You can request its return for replacement or a full refund (if the product is no longer available).
Non-functional product in the first 48 hours (2 working days) from reception.If the purchased product was delivered non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, following written notification within 48 hours of receiving the product
Product in a damaged package.For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them. For evidence, the package can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the representative of the courier company in which the state of the package from the time of delivery is mentioned. The risk of loss or damage to the products is fully transferred to you when you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered. If a carrier commissioned by the consumer is used, the risk is transferred when the products are delivered to the carrier.
Products delivered wrongly. If a different product than the one ordered was delivered.
To return products, please follow the steps below:
1. Read the terms and conditions below in which the products can be returned
2. Complete the return form
3. If you have received confirmation that you meet the return conditions, a request to pick up the product to the courier will be automatically issued
4. Shipping system according to which the recipient is obliged, upon receipt, to pay the sender the corresponding value will not be accepted!
5. After the products have reached us and have been checked, you will be contacted regarding the development and completion of this procedure
6. The product must be properly packed, in order not to suffer damage during transport, otherwise the value of the damage will be retained.
All products sold by ANTECH SIM GROUP S.R.L benefit from a warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Products with physical defects such as: bumps, cracks, chips, burnt or cracked components/parts, etc., damaged, removed or modified warranty labels or seals, products used in inappropriate conditions (inappropriate supply voltages, subject to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use of products in conditions of humidity, dust, noxious or under the action of chemical substances, etc.), incorrect settings and installations, sockets without grounding, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances into the inside of the equipment, the mechanical or plastic intervention on the products, the connection or disconnection of certain components during the operation of the equipment.
Terms and conditions
The return of the products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the provisions of the O.U.G. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.
The products that are the subject of orders placed online can be returned, without citing any reason, within 14 days from the date of their receipt; before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product.
In the case of legal entities (they do not have consumer status) and returns are not accepted.
Return costs are borne by the consumer.We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered;
The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to art. 14, para. 3 of GEO 34/2014.
The Seller will refund the product's value within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of informing Antechsim.ro by the Consumer about his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return. Antechsim.ro will be able to postpone the reimbursement of the product value until the receipt of the sold product or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped, in the event that Antechsim.ro has not offered to recover the product itself (the most recent date will be taken ). The amount of money related to the returned products will be returned after the verification of the products after the mutual agreement of the method of return or according to the legal procedures.
Exceptions:
The exceptions regarding the right of return (their return is not accepted) are listed by way of example, without limiting ourselves to the following (according to art. 16 GEO 34/2014):
Software licenses (this category also includes products with pre-installed systems)
Personal care products, cosmetics, perfumes, intimate hygiene products and dental hygiene products can only be returned if they are sealed.
Warranty extensions, etc.

You can return tires, rims, car electrical products, car maintenance & cosmetic products if you haven't used them, accompanied by the original, undamaged label and other attached identification elements
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer, regardless of whether or not they were used after unsealing (e.g.: spare toothbrushes, in-ear headphones);
Mattresses, decorations and textile items can only be returned if they are sealed or their labels have not been removed
Car insurances
Toys, products for children & babies and products for pregnant women can only be returned sealed
Books that show signs of use
Special order products, regardless of the category brought into stock following a firm order from you or payment in advance, cannot be returned (this category also includes Diaxxa systems and those assembled on demand)
Products purchased by legal entities (companies, PFA, foundations, non-profit societies)
Product or packaging identification labels are damaged or missing;
3D printers whose boxes/seals (sealing foils) and consumables have been unsealed.
3D printers ordered in the wrong quantity, whose boxes/seals (sealing foils) and consumables have been unsealed.
3D printers in the wrong technology (e.g. LCD instead of FDM, etc.) whose boxes/seals (sealing foils) and consumables have been unsealed.
3D printers that have been used, regardless of the period of time used.
3D printers that constituted a special order made by the Customer (e.g. 3D printers that are only available by pre-order, 3D printers in quantities specially adapted to the Customer's particular needs, etc.).
Filaments whose boxes/seals (sealing foils) have been unsealed. Filaments that have been used, regardless of the length of filament consumed. Filaments that were a special order made by the Customer (e.g. filaments that are only available by pre-order, filaments in quantities specially adapted to the particular needs of the Customer, etc.).
3D scanners whose boxes/seals (sealing foils) as well as consumables/accessories have been unsealed. 3D scanners ordered in the wrong quantity, whose boxes/seals (sealing foils) as well as consumables/accessories have been unsealed. 3D scanners in the wrong technology whose boxes/seals (sealing foils) as well as consumables/accessories have been unsealed. 3D scanners as well as consumables/accessories that have been used, regardless of the period of time used. 3D scanners as well as consumables/accessories that constituted a special order made by the Customer (e.g. 3D scanners as well as consumables/accessories that are only available by pre-order, 3D scanners as well as consumables/accessories in quantities specially adapted to the Customer's particular needs, etc.).
TO REMEMBER!
These products cannot be returned in person, but only by courier after completing the return form.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by any accessories/gifts with which it was delivered.
In cases where the returned products show damage or are incomplete, show traces of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the value of the product (value with VAT), the amount which will be communicated after the damage assessment.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).
The amount related to the return is reimbursed in a bank account.
Any change in the condition of the products or damage to their original packaging, which makes it impossible to sell the product as new, automatically leads to the application of return procedures subject to fees, returning the products to the condition in which they were delivered.
The reduction is applied between 10%-90% of the initial value of the product. The reduction fee will be communicated to the customer upon receipt of the modified products.
The products will be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, with the labels intact, the documents that accompanied them and with a copy of the Purchase Invoice.Returning a product without its packaging or without packaging accessories (for example safety supports, protective elements made of cardboard or polystyrene, etc.) or of the product will lead to a decrease in the value of the products, as mentioned below.Products with physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, stains, shocks, etc., without being brought into compliance, are not accepted for return.
Please check the physical integrity of the parcels when you receive them from Fan Courier or Same Day Courier in the presence of the courier and ask for a damage report if the products show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
The modification of the invoicing data from the natural person to the legal person can be requested within a maximum of 48 hours after taking possession of the products. The settlement term is up to 30 working days. Only invoices that have a receipt issued by the courier company for the legal entity can be modified. The invoices issued at the office are not modified
If the products to be returned were accompanied by possible bonuses, they must also be returned.If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
Since it is not possible to accurately determine the value of the reduction in the value of the following products accumulators, batteries, chargers, printer cartridges, protective foils, etc., they can only be returned sealed.
The return of products that have active accounts/passwords set by the customer will not be accepted.
