CASH ON DELIVERY
For orders with cash on delivery payment, if the provided phone number is incorrect, we reserve the right to delay the order shipment until the correct number is confirmed. For this purpose, we will send a notification email to the provided address. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the email, the order may be **CANCELED** unilaterally by the Antechsim.ro operator.
For cash-on-delivery payments, the recipient must make the payment upon receipt of the package; otherwise, the package will not be delivered by the courier. Receipts are issued by the courier companies partnered with Antechsim.ro. Please request it from the courier.
The maximum allowable cash-on-delivery limit is:
- 10,000 RON for individuals
- 5,000 RON for legal entities
EASYBOX DELIVERY
The maximum package size accepted in Easybox lockers is 47x44x39 cm. If your package exceeds these dimensions, it will be redirected to your home at the STANDARD home delivery rate of 20.00 RON.
The delivery time is 1 - 2 days from when you receive the email confirming the package has been handed to the courier. However, delivery times may be extended in certain cases, such as public holidays or promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
All orders placed Monday - Friday between 09:00 - 16:00 are shipped the same day, except for public holidays and during Black Friday promotions. Orders placed after 16:00, on Saturdays and Sundays, or on legal holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day.

International Orders
We accept orders from outside the country; however, please note that shipping fees differ from those displayed on our website. If you live within the European Union, you can place an order and select Romania as the delivery country. For payment, you may opt for card payment. In the order notes, please specify "international delivery" and provide the complete delivery address so we can provide a shipping price estimate (via Sameday and DPD). We will then contact you with further details regarding the total order cost, shipping/delivery fees, and delivery time, depending on your country and the package weight.
