Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

Your personal data will be used by the SELLER solely for the declared purpose of this site. The information provided in the order form will be used to send you order confirmation and process your orders (order access, confirmation, invoicing, delivery), as well as possible promotions and periodic newsletters if you have agreed to subscribe to the newsletter. The Seller commits to not disclose or sell any databases containing information related to your personal data, except for requests made by authorized regulatory bodies.

Seller’s Information: S.C. ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 2, Str. Vasile Lascăr, No. 159B, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J40/19442/2017, tax code 38511983.

"ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL" collects the following personal data from its customers for the purposes specified:

1) Data necessary for invoicing/delivering orders, voluntarily provided, such as name, surname, billing/delivery address, and phone number. This data is shared with courier companies like Fan Courier, Poșta Română, etc.

2) Email address required for customers to access their account on www.antechsim.ro and to modify billing/delivery information.

3) Email address, name, and surname for marketing purposes, specifically for sending offers and newsletters to visitors who opt to subscribe. This data is shared with third-party websites compliant with Directive 95/46/EC, as well as with the marketing agency managing campaigns for www.antechsim.ro.

4) All personal data from the order confirmation email/warranty form/return form (such as email address, name, surname, billing/delivery address) is stored to communicate with the customer for resolving issues related to returns, warranties, etc.

5) If the customer chooses to pay online for the order/contract, this is done via an integrated solution, such as Mobil Pay. All card types issued by Romanian and foreign banks under Visa and MasterCard logos are accepted, provided the issuing banks have activated them for online payments. "ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL" does not request or store any information regarding the customer’s bank card, as these details are processed directly on the payment service provider’s servers. The exception is if you provide your bank account details for a refund in the case of a returned product, in which case we will collect and process this data.

6) Cookies, shared with services like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook Ads. Please refer to the Cookie Policy.

For all the purposes declared above, the customer must give explicit consent for the processing of personal data; otherwise, the purpose cannot be achieved. According to Law 677/2001 and the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, "ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL" customers have the right to access and intervene on their data, the right not to be subject to an automated individual decision, the right to data portability, and the right to take legal action. Additionally, they have the right to object to the processing of their personal data and request its deletion (the right to be forgotten). To exercise these rights, customers can submit a written, dated, and signed request to the company’s office (...) or by email at [email protected]. "ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL" will communicate the adopted measures or requested information within the terms provided by applicable legislation. Customers are also recognized as having the right to take legal action. If any of the data provided by the customers is inaccurate, they are requested to inform us as soon as possible via email at [email protected].

Security measures for personal data protection:
1) A confidentiality clause is included in the contract of employees authorized to process personal data.
2) Personal data is processed by automated means, in compliance with legal requirements, ensuring security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of the individuals concerned.
3) A security certificate is installed on the server where personal data is collected.
4) The privacy policy is displayed on the company’s website: www.antechsim.ro.
5) Access to the database where personal data is stored is restricted to "ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL" employees, who must log in using a username and password (passwords are not displayed in plain text on the monitor).
6) Accounts of employees who are no longer part of "ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL" will be deleted.
7) Any access to the database is logged in an access file.
8) Personal data is not stored longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
