**PRODUCT WARRANTY**
The products sold by the online store - Antech Sim Group SRL come from authorized sources or directly from manufacturers and benefit from national warranty supported by authorized service units of Antech Sim Group SRL's partners or manufacturers.
For legal entities (which are not considered consumers), the warranty period is 12 months for long-term use products and between 0-12 months for others. The period for bringing products into conformity is a maximum of 30 days.
In the case of warranties issued by the manufacturer/importer, products are covered by warranty within their service networks, at the centers explicitly mentioned in the certificates; the defective product can be presented directly to the nearest service center listed in the certificate. This service center will take full responsibility for resolving the warranty;
The conditions for granting warranties, in this case, may vary depending on the manufacturer and are established in their national commercial policies (see the list of authorized service centers). Additionally, S.C. Antech Sim Group S.R.L. is responsible for the legal compliance warranty, as the seller, in accordance with legal provisions. If the average usage period of a product is less than 2 years, the compliance warranty is reduced to that period.
The warranty terms and conditions comply with the legal provisions: Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, Law no. 449/2003 on product sales and associated warranties. The warranty period is mentioned in the certificate issued by the manufacturer/importer and starts from the date stated on the purchase invoice; this period is also confirmed by the warranty certificate accompanying the fiscal invoice issued by Antech Sim Group SRL.
The warranty period is extended by the time elapsed from the date the seller was notified of the lack of conformity or the product was handed over to the designated person until the product is restored to normal working condition or the date of written notification for product pickup or its actual return to the consumer.
Long-term use products (those complex items made of components and subassemblies, designed for medium-term use, and which can undergo repairs or maintenance activities) that become defective within the legal compliance warranty period, and which cannot be repaired or if the cumulative downtime due to defects during the legal compliance warranty period exceeds 10% of the warranty period, will be replaced by the seller at the consumer's request, or the product's value will be refunded. The rights granted under the commercial warranty comply with legal provisions. These legal rights are not affected by the provided warranty.
Service operations during the warranty period will be recorded in separate documents, which will become an integral part of the warranty certificate.
The maximum resolution time is 15 calendar days from the date the buyer, as applicable, notified the seller of the product's non-compliance or handed over the product to the seller or their designated person based on a handover document. Once the product is brought into conformity, it can be collected directly from the service or you can request its delivery by courier.
Post-warranty repairs can take between 10 - 90 days. The client must give their unequivocal written consent within 48 hours of receiving the repair cost estimate.
Conformity can be restored by:
- Troubleshooting/repairing the product;
- Partially or fully replacing the product;
- Replacing with products of at least similar/equal performance to those that cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model;
- Refunding the product's value if repair or replacement is not possible.
**Customer Responsibilities**
Warranty conditions do not apply to problems or damages caused by the customer or under circumstances such as, but not limited to:
- Interference with the product, repairs, and/or modifications by unauthorized personnel;
- The product's serial number (S/N - "serial number," IMEI, etc.), components, or accessories have been altered, canceled, or removed;
- Warranty seals have been broken or replaced;
- The product shows physical defects: damage, cracks, chipping, rust, or signs of use in improper conditions such as incorrect power supply, exposure to extreme temperature and pressure variations, improper handling, incorrect settings and installations, virus infections, BIOS rewriting, liquid, metal, or other substances entering the equipment, etc.;
- Inability to use the product due to forgotten or lost passwords/security measures.
**WARRANTY RETURN PROCEDURE**
When returning/sending the product for warranty, please provide the service request number assigned after completing the SERVICE form in the format SV XXXXX. For products shipped via courier companies, please mention the SERVICE FORM NUMBER and "FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT" on the shipping label (AWB).
Products brought or shipped to the service department must be complete, include all accessories (we recommend shipping them in the original or appropriate packaging), and be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice, the original warranty certificate from the manufacturer/importer, and a copy of the warranty certificate issued by Antech Sim Group SRL, which accompanies the invoice or is sent online via email to the customer.

**SERVICE DEPARTMENT**
If you choose to ship via a courier company, you can contact Fan Courier (phone: 021-9336) or Sameday (phone: Bucharest: 021 – 637.06.60) to arrange a pickup at your address, with shipping costs covered by Antech Sim Group SRL. It is very IMPORTANT to mention the SERVICE FORM NUMBER and "FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT" on the shipping label (AWB). Once the package/product is received and verified, you will be notified about the warranty/conformity procedure for your product.
The cost of shipping products to and from the service center for warranty resolution is covered by Antech Sim Group SRL; shipping can be arranged through Fan Courier or Sameday. If the warranty request is unjustified, and the product functions according to the manufacturer's specifications, the applicant will cover the shipping costs and the product diagnosis fee, determined by the authorized service unit after inspection.
**IMPORTANT MENTIONS**
Loss of the warranty certificate, as well as damage, erasure, or loss of the label containing the product identification data (S/N, IMEI, etc.), may result in the loss of the warranty. If you have not received the warranty certificate issued by Antech Sim Group SRL alongside the invoice or via email, you can request it at any time at: https://antechsim.ro/index.php?controller=contact. To resend the warranty certificate, please provide us with the invoice number, account holder, and email address.
Products not collected from the service unit within 6 months of the completion of operations will be declared abandoned (according to the provisions of the Civil Code).

**THE PRODUCT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER**
THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS
The warranty does not cover products with physical damage such as hits, cracks, chips, burned or broken components/parts, damaged, removed, or altered labels or warranty seals, products used in improper conditions (incorrect power supply, exposure to extreme temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use in conditions of humidity, dust, or exposure to chemicals, etc.), incorrect settings and installations, ungrounded sockets, liquids, metals, or other substances entering the equipment, mechanical or plastic intervention on products, connecting or disconnecting certain components while the equipment is operating.
**OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
- The provided warranty does not affect the Beneficiary's consumer rights according to the applicable legislation in force regarding product sales and associated warranties.
- The warranty is valid only within the territory of Romania.
