The QIDI Plus 4 3D Printer offers a printing volume of 305 × 305 × 280 mm, fully automatic calibration, a second generation active heating printing room and a high performance hotend, designed to cope with demanding filaments. The maximum nozzle temperature is 370 ° C. The device is also equipped with a 5-inch HD screen, the Klipper V0.12 system, an advanced drive system and QIDI Box compatibility, which makes the model ready for expansion, including multicoloured printing.
QIDI Plus 4 uses a second generation bi-metallic hotend of 80 W, allowing the nozzle to warm up to 370 ° C. For certain technical materials, the operating temperature can reach 360 ° C, allowing you to adjust the settings according to the filament properties used. This wide temperature range expands the printer's capabilities and allows you to carry out projects using both standard and more demanding materials.
The active heating system of the chamber shall have a power of 400 W and may reach temperatures up to 65 ° C. The circulation of air and an efficient fan help to distribute heat evenly inside the room, which is particularly important when printing materials sensitive to temperature changes.
The printing volume of 305 × 305 × 280 mm allows you to prepare large models or simultaneously place several smaller pieces on the printing board. The movement system shall use two independent engines, together with linear shafts and 10 mm diameter screws, ensuring the stable operation of the mechanism during printing. The printing plate is made of 6 mm thick aluminium and its increased stiffness and planeity contribute to maintaining the optimal conditions for the first layers and subsequent stages of the printing.
Fully automatic calibration reduces the number of steps needed before a print starts, facilitating printer configuration - even when alternating frequently between projects. A 5-inch HD screen with an updated interface provides direct access to the most important settings, and the use of the Klipper V0.12 open source system offers additional configuration and expansion options. The QIDI Plus 4 printer can be controlled from other devices, and its compatibility with QIDI Box allows you to expand the printer's capabilities to include multicoloured printing.
