Revopoint POP 4 Premium 3D Scanner, 0.03 mm accuracy, mobile kit

Revopoint POP 4 Premium is a portable 3D scanner for product design, reverse engineering, quality control, object digitization and 3D printing. It uses three capture technologies: multi-line blue laser, full-field infrared structured light and VCSEL for larger objects. Laser mode provides accuracy up to 0.03 mm and point distance up to 0.05 mm.

The scanner handles objects from approximately 10 × 10 × 10 mm to 2 × 2 × 2 m. It offers RGB color scanning, real-time AI segmentation and speeds up to 105 frames per second, depending on the selected mode. Connectivity includes USB-C 3.0 and Wi-Fi 6, with support for Windows 10/11, macOS 11+, Android 9+ and iOS 14+. Revo Scan 6 exports PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF, FBX and SPLAT.

The Premium Edition adds a 5,500 mAh battery handle, carrying case and magnetic blue filters for outdoor laser scanning. These accessories improve mobility and operation under strong ambient light. Transparent or highly reflective surfaces may still require scanning spray.

The package includes the POP 4 scanner, tripod, 2 m USB-C cable, mini turntable, calibration board, 500 reflective markers, battery handle, power cable, carrying case and magnetic outdoor filters. Warranty: 24 months.
