Revopoint MetroY Ultra Standard 3D Scanner, 0.015 mm

Revopoint MetroY Ultra Standard is a professional 3D scanner for metrology, quality control, reverse engineering and manufacturing. It combines 34 crossed blue laser lines, 15 parallel lines, one line for deep holes and a 62-line Full-Field structured-light mode. Single-frame accuracy reaches 0.015 mm and volumetric accuracy is 0.015 mm + 0.04 mm × L(m).

It scans objects from approximately 10 mm to 2 m at up to 90 fps, capturing up to 3 million points/s in laser mode and 7 million points/s in Full-Field mode. A 2 MP RGB camera provides color scanning, while laser mode supports outdoor operation up to 100,000 lux.

Wi-Fi 6 enables wireless scanning. Revo Metro and Revo Measure cover processing, dimensional analysis and measurement reporting. The package includes tripod, USB-C cable, power adapter, test model, 500 markers, dual-axis turntable, case, calibration board and fourth-generation mobile kit. Warranty: 24 months.
