Revopoint MetroY Ultra CMM Industrial Metrology 3D Scanner

A professional 3D scanner for quality control, reverse engineering, component inspection and metrology. It combines multi-line blue laser scanning with structured light and delivers frame accuracy up to 0.015 mm.

Fast and accurate

Captures up to 3,000,000 points per second at up to 90 FPS. Volumetric accuracy is 0.015 mm + 0.04 mm × L (m).

Five scanning modes

• 34 crossed lines for speed;
• 15 parallel lines for details;
• single line for recessed areas;
• full-field structured light;
• automatic dual-axis turntable scanning.

CMM edition

Includes a sphere calibration board and one-year Revo Measure licence. PTB-certified algorithms support accuracy checks, measurements and reports.

Flexible operation

Wi-Fi 6 enables wireless scanning. It works in ambient light up to 100,000 lux and suits objects approximately 50–1,000 mm high.
