1. Site information

  • The Antech Sim website is managed by SC ANTECH SIM GROUP SRL with its registered office in Bucharest, Str. Vasile Lascar, nr.159B, Sector 2.

  • Registration Number at the Bucharest Trade Register: J40 / 19442 / 21.11.2017, CUI 38511983

  • Subscribed and paid-in share capital of 200 lei.

  • The site sells products only in Romania.

2. Acceptance of the conditions

Your use of the Antech Sim site, your login and your access to the services provided represent your acceptance of the terms and conditions of confidentiality detailed below, with all the consequences arising from their acceptance.

The user will have permanent access to the Terms and Conditions for the use of the site in order to be able to consult them at any time.
If you do not agree with these terms, we ask that you do not use our website.
Antech Sim reserves the right to update and / or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, which is why we ask you to periodically monitor any changes.

3. Copyright

The information published on Antech Sim belongs to the site, therefore, this information cannot be published, transmitted, copied by any method without the prior written consent of the legal representative of the company ANTECH SIM SRL that manages the site. Failure to comply with these conditions is punishable under applicable law. Any copyright infringement can be reported to the web address @ Antech Sim

4. Concluding the contract

With the registration of an order on the Antech Sim website, the buyer / customer agrees with the communication method used by the company Antech Sim SRL - site administrator, respectively by phone or email.
The conclusion of the contract takes place only at the moment of issuing the fiscal invoice and not at the launch of the order or the issuance of the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order. The automatic issuance of the order confirmation will NOT be equivalent to the conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer.
After placing the order, for justified reasons, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order to the consumer / buyer, without prior notice, and he will receive back the money collected by the company ANTECH SIM SRL, within 7 days. At the same time, we reserve the right to change the quantity of products in the order, depending on their availability in stock.

The offers and prices displayed on the Antech Sim website are valid for a maximum of 12 hours.

The delivery of the products can be done in a minimum interval of 2 hours and maximum 30 days, from the moment when all the order details have been validated (payment method, payment term). All information / methods used to describe the goods on the site do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, these being used exclusively as a presentation, delivery, stocks, prices.
The products are available while stocks last.

Products purchased from the showroom following a reservation (online or by phone) or directly from the office do not benefit from a return (they have the possibility to be checked and their functionality to be tested at the reception). Booking and picking up products from the showroom is not a remote order.

For orders that exceed 1500 lei, you can request the payment of an advance of at least 20% of the order value, payment that will be made by bank transfer.

5. Limitation of liability Antech Sim

The Antech Sim website, as well as any software used in it, are provided in the manner in which they are found and as far as they are available, without any warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties. marketing, adaptation to a certain use or non-violation of the terms.
We do not assume any responsibility for the modification, suspension or interruption of the Antech Sim site, in whole or in part.

6. Cancel the order

Antech Sim (managed by SC ANTECH SIM SRL) and its suppliers do not assume responsibility for printing or display errors regarding the prices, characteristics or images of the products.

If an order cannot be honored due to such errors, Antech Sim reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

Antech Sim SRL makes every effort to provide accurate information about the price and features of the products. Some prices may be incorrect. In case of registering an order with a ridiculous price, Antech Sim SRL has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any subsequent obligation of any party to each other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other, in the following situations, and not only:

  • the prices displayed on the Antech Sim website are the result of a material error;

  • the ordered product (s) is no longer in stock;

  • the transaction was not accepted by the bank issuing the Buyer's card;

  • the data provided by the Client / Buyer on the site are incomplete and / or incorrect;

7. Warranties

All products are accompanied by invoice and warranty certificate (manufacturer or seller). Loss of warranty certificate or invoice will result in loss of warranty. Partial or total deletion of the serial number (S / N) from the products will void the warranty. We do not issue duplicates for the warranty certificate.

The guarantee is of two types:

a. legal obligation of the seller (legal guarantee of conformity)

and / or

b. any undertaking given by the seller or the manufacturer (commercial guarantee) to the consumer, without requesting additional costs, to refund the price paid by the consumer, to repair or replace the purchased product, if it does not meet the conditions set out in the declarations regarding warranty or related advertising. The term of legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years and is calculated from the date of delivery of the product, according to Law 449/2003.

In the case of legal entities (they are not consumers), the warranty period is 12 months for durable products and between 0-12 months for the rest. The deadline for product compliance is a maximum of 30 days.

8. Litigation

Any disputes related to the execution of the contract will be resolved between the seller and the consumer / customer amicably, otherwise the parties may address the competent court at the headquarters of the trader / seller SC ANTECH SIM SRL, respectively the District 2 Court of Bucharest.

9. Data protection

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, our site managed by SC Antech Sim SRL, has the obligation to manage in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that we provide about yourself, a family member or another person. The purpose of data collection is their use in order to invoice the ordered products.

You are obliged to provide the data, these being necessary for the creation of the invoice for the ordered products. Your refusal causes the order to be canceled.

The registered information is intended for use by the operator in order to deliver the products and is communicated only by you. According to Law no. 677/2001, you benefit from the right of access, of intervention on the data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to go to court. At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of data. If any of the information about you is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. To exercise these rights, you can address a written request, dated and signed to the Complaints Department, at the complaints e-mail address @ Antech Sim. You also have the right to justice. Delivery time:

The delivery terms displayed on the site are indicative and apply only in the case of confirmed orders, unless another term has been agreed with the customer. Products with lift from the showroom will be reserved for a maximum of 3 days from the moment of order confirmation.

About Advantage card payments

The online payment system is developed by Credit Europe Bank and involves making payments by card in a secure environment. Online payments made on our site benefit from the 3D Secure security protocol (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code).

3D Secure means a new global approach to authenticating buyers and sellers in secure Internet transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure page where each cardholder is registered by assigning an authorization code for each online transaction. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV / CV2 code).

In order to complete the transaction in optimal conditions you will need to provide:

  • The name of the cardholder

  • Card code (the 4 groups of digits mentioned on the front of the card, without spaces)

  • Card expiration date

  • CVV code (last three digits on the back of the card written on the signature ribbon)

Transactions will be made in lei, regardless of your card, under the conditions agreed with the Bank issuing your card. There is no additional charge for the transaction on our site. Card data processing is done exclusively on Credit Europe Bank servers. Our site does not request or store any details regarding your card.

Depending on availability, the products can be:

  • In stock - we have more than 3 pieces in stock

  • Limited stock - we have less than 3 pieces in stock

  • In supplier stock - the product is not available in stock in our warehouse but may be in the supplier's warehouse. If you register an order for a product that has "in stock supplier" next to it, one of our sales consultants will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when we will deliver the product to you.

  • On order - the product is not available in stock in our warehouse and at the moment we do not have information about its availability in the supplier's stock. But, if you register an order for a product that has "on order" right next to it, one of our sales consultants will check the availability of the product in the supplier's stock and will contact you to communicate when we will deliver the product to you.

  • Pre -order - the product is not available in stock in our warehouse or in the supplier's stock. But, if you register an order for a product that has "Pre-order" next to it, one of our sales consultants will check the supplier's supply term and will contact you to let you know when it can be delivered.

  • Out of stock - the product is no longer available in stock in our warehouse or in showrooms

  • Ask - the supplier does not provide us with stock information, a manual check will be made to find out the availability of the product

  • Currently unavailable - we are unable to purchase the product because it is not in the supplier's stock.
